How often do you change your toothbrush or in case of electric toothbrushes the head.
The recommendations are to change your toothbrush every 3-4 months or if bristles fray sooner 👍🏻!
If you have the cold/flu 🥶 it’s recommended to change it right after that period.
Also recommended to keep your toothbrush away from other family members toothbrushes ✅! So if you have the cold or the flu remember to change your toothbrush right after.
Also needless to say don’t 🛑 share a toothbrush with anyone ( I know it goes without saying but some partners think it’s ok since they already share intimate contact). Give me a 🙌🏻 if you change your toothbrush that often. .
