I had a 93 year old WWII veteran the other day and he said “ I have jumped out of a plane 42 times and two of those were on enemy territory, but going to the dentist has always been scarier for me. Then he went along and said but you have made it so easy and you are the best dentist I’ve ever had.” Ok I don’t take all that credit myself. There’s a team of dedicated staff behind me that make all of this happen. Blessed with a great assistant that taps in to the feelings of the patients and nurturing hygenists and front staff, cohesively the tone of the office is set. It’s team work that make it work ✌️.
